I support companies where technical systems, software, processes and quality requirements meet. Whether project-based support, technical consulting, root cause analysis, process optimisation or the development of small software solutions: my aim is to grasp complex relationships quickly, create structures that hold and implement workable solutions cleanly.

One particular focus is consulting on process and software structures. I analyse existing workflows, requirements, data flows and software architectures, identify weak points and help to build systems that are easier to understand, easier to maintain and fit for the future.

In doing so I combine experience from electrical engineering, industrial commissioning, computer science and quality management. That makes my work particularly valuable at the interfaces between production and IT, engineering and documentation, requirements and implementation.

A few words about me

Electrical engineering as the foundation, computer science as the next step, quality management as the common thread.

My professional foundation lies in electrical engineering. For more than 20 years I have worked in industrial manufacturing and industrial machinery, with experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, qualification, safety testing, process optimisation and standardisation.

Alongside my professional career, I have continuously expanded my expertise in computer science. Software development, PC administration, digitalisation projects, software architecture, database design and information security complement my technical background with a digital perspective.

Quality management has accompanied me from the beginning of my career: from documentation and process improvement through audits, lean management and ISO 9001 to ISO/IEC 27001. This is how I combine electrical engineering, computer science and quality management into a practical profile for technical systems, secure data and robust processes.
